Bad customer expirience

I have never been so disappointed by a financial institution.I applief for a loan on the29 of Jan in Mitchels zPlein and was told that my application was approved for9000 by Fouzzia.After not receving any communication I went to Nonkqubela mall snd I signed another contract and was I was told that I am approved forR8000.I had to use the funds and I phoned the branch and the condultant advised me to come to thr branch and now the monry isR3400.I never received the loan they have inconvenienced me.I think they are not efficient or competent. I have had a bad customer expirience with nedbank.Its beem 3weeks and I am the one who mskes effort to phone them.
