Bad customer experience

I went to Menlyn branch to open an account for my son. He was so excited about getting his first card. We were assisted by a consultant by the name of Jane and we requested that our card be delivered to Atteridgeville branch. To our surprise when we got to the branch we were told that the card was delivered to Diepsloot branch. The disappointment on my son's face as the lady in Atteridgeville branch told us that it's either we go to Dipesloot or pay a R150 for a new card. Mind you the mistake was done on their part. She was so rude and dismissive. I asked her for them to re-route the card to Atteridgeville and she said that's not possible. What an experience for my son.
