Bad custom services and *******

I have send money via money app then when I try withdrawing same day the pin was expired then went inside the bank and they said it went back to my account till now I haven't received it since 4th of January and the funny part they say the money is there is just a matter of putting it back in my account but till now nothing I have been to mabopane branch and northam branch twice have all reference number they always promising after two days even today today it was a cherry on top of the cake they just told me that they will call me after the manager replies to the email till now This is the bank we trust with our money and still they don't take us best I am banking with the wrong bank I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else who thought netbank is a good bank like me I have just discovered that it doesn't care about us just want the money that's it
