bad credit record

i took nedbank personal loan late last year and i was paying it by debit order. as far as i know everything was fine and in order until i got my credit report. it states that the account was in arrears in october and september which is definitely not true at all. i even went to get october and september bank statement just to be sure if i was debited and if it was on time. went to a another branch but did not get help. my last resort was to consolidate the loan but that does not clear the record at all. i called itc and they said i should firstly try and correct the matter with the bank.<br> pllzzzzzz clear my record.
