Bad communication

I received an sms with regards to my card as it will expire in January, I selected an option to collect, as I have always collected my card l, avoiding the card to be sent via courier as they are extra charges, now I receive an sms saying they need to deliver meanwhile I never selected that option, who is going to pay the delivery charges, I’m willing to collect my card as I don’t have the money for courier.
