Bad communication

I am super disappointed with this particular bank I mean I just recently changed banks from standard Bank to nedbank which I used to use a few years back but had financial glitches and had to stop using it..anyways fast forward to present I went to go to go apply for cheque account on Monday 19th of August and the guy that was assisting me there looked less than interested in assisting me and kept bombarding me with questions as to why I had opened up so many accounts in the past and I was told that that was the last time they were ever opening an account for me ( not even in a professional manner atleast)...yes believe it!!! I was then told that it only take 3-5 working days for me to get my card as I had explained that I was getting paid on the the Friday 23Rd it's Monday today still havnt received my card and the inconvenience of having to send myself cash vouchers everytime I try to get a transaction done Is sooo annoying. I so regret my decision to try and bank with this back again and yes I will definitely be swapping back to my standard Bank with the " last chance" I was given by nedbank.
