Bad Client Service - Query Not Solved - Card Maintenance Fees

Once again Nedbank has the worst service.... Firstly they deduct maintenance fees (R115) for almost 3 years and then also deduct usage from your card. They called it card fees but last I checked card maintenance fees have to pay for everything you do with your card right? now things have changed according to Nedbank. i was treated horribly and now they can't reverse the card maintenance fees... I've been calling Nedbank ever since and they told me a different story every time. This is the last time I deal with Nedbank and will definitely move my account and also let people know about the poor service. I am so disappointed with Nedbank.
