Bad client service from Nedbank. I regret banking with them really coz I've been thru worst and still going thru worst. I believe others when they saying, their accounts being suspended or almost 6months.

Nedbank is one of the worst banks. Officially 3 months that my current is suspended and no access to it, neither can I log into the app. They don't care about the financial impact it has on one's life or career... 9 weeks passed, 2months passed and still no answer or call back from their investigating team. I've emailed all the relevant documents as req by the ***** team and still no answer. Leaving one stressful, they don't care if u got a family to support... Not ayoba from Nedbank
