Bad client experience

I app**** online for a Pay AsYou Use Gold Debit card on the 21st of January and ask me to choose a delivery option and I chose Nedbank in Boxer Elliotdale. I was then told that it will be delivered within 5 days. 5 days passes and I call their customer care and I’m told it was returned to their delivery services because I didn’t go to pick it up, how? Because I never received any communication to pick the card up. I made about 8 calls being sent from pillar to post with no apparent reason until yesterday where I was told they don’t deliver to Boxer, What? Why wasn’t I told from the beginning I’m furious because I switched my salary to them 🤬😡😡😡😡
