Bad Call centre experience

I experienced bad service from Nedbank today. I called the CALL CENTRE for assistance with my account they just kept sending me back and forth with no assistance at all. The agents were rude and no will to assist me . I dont know what to do at this point . There is an unauthorized payments going off my account . Ever since I have joined Nedbank I have never been satisfied with their service. I will be closing my accounts and moving my home loan to another bank.
