Bad business experience

I transferred money via Nedbank money app to my capitec account yesterday at around 19:30. So far the money is still not in. I went to the bank to print the bank statement but the money transferred doesn't show. After transferring the money I received SMS notification that the money is out. I tried to contact Nedbank but there is no response. This is frustrating.
