Bad banking practices

I had miss calculated on what was left in my bank for my debit order for my insurance by R12.31, Nedbank used to send and sms to say the account was overdrawn then I could have put R20 into my bank account, no problem, but no they bounced it the same day and charged me R125. Now I have to find R125 to pay the difference in my insurance payment, like I have a money tree growing in my back yard. <br> I should never have changed my account from a Go Banking that I had for years, to a savvy, yes my bank charges are less, but I have had problems with this account right from the start, and they just do as they please. Have put in complaint on their website and to the consultant but no reply.
