Bad bank

Nedbank has listed me under ***** without me knowing and now they can not solved now i cant not do anything and no one bothers to call and inform me about it. I have been a client and saving my money there and all of a sudden they can not assist me.. what kind of a bank Is that? If i didn't do applications in other banks i wouldn't know about it... Listing your clients of ***** they dont know off its not on im angry beyond anything
