Bad bad service from Nedbank Wonderpark

Went to the branch at wonderpark on 04 jan 2024 , que was long and one by one person was going in an gettong a ticket after standing in a que outside for plus minus 40 to 50 min , then you also wait inside . Eventually decide to come the next day , friday , went there on friday same story arived 14:30 pm still standing outside at 15:19 , no management in sight to assist bank is cloaing bu 16:00 , looks like only 1 person assisting inside the branch , this is poor poor service from a bank and i do think you can rather close the branch as we are not receiving any service from this bank
