BAD BAD SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

On about 20th February 22 I tried to withdraw R500 from ATM in sea point with my greenback shop card Before I could take the money, it went back into the machine I called about this straight away A few days later I received an SMS stating that funds would appear in my account On 20th April I called again and was told the matter would be attended to. Received an SMS saying thanks for the call ref ***2 Still no action I called again and received SMS again stating the funds would appear TODAY !!!! I CALLED AGAIN!!!!! Spoke to Randell who promised to come back to me It is 16.50 no phone call PLEASE COULD SOME ONE TO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS !!!!! I am wasting time calling all the time !!!!
