Bad bad service

Bad bad service I have received from this bank been trying to open an account on the phone since Friday and consultant told me that the account has been opened but on Saturday morning I went to the branch to ask confirmation latter and they told me that the is no active account under my name I took it up with their complain department I spoke to a lady by the name of Olivia Mike but still the was no assistance, I called again this morning to do the account Tshepo assisted me a d told me that the system wants me to go to the branch but he doesn't know the reason from the I logged another complain and they couldn't help me they told me to call after hour on this *** but still I can't get any help this is a very bad service
