Bad bad service.. Backward bank

My transaction declined at till point only to find out Nedbank suspended my accounts without any warning.. then call and be told i need to Fica. What an inconvenience leaving a trolley full of stuff!! Why was i not informed i needed to FICA again before this event!! No text no email until this incinvenience mxm.
