BAD!! BAD!! SERVICE

To whom it may concern I am writing this letter to regarding the unpleasant service I am currently experiencing with Nedbank. I am a client of this bank for the past 6 years and I have tolerated soo much bad bad service from their customer service. I have come to a point where I am seriously irritated and very unhappy with their unprofessional service delivery, since 25th of February 2020 I’ve been calling and waiting for for so long to get response from any of the consultants assistance. I have called numerous times after writing an email regarding the ***** transactions that are active from my credit card, none of the consultant have assisted me they kept on cutting my calls off and not getting back to me as concerned customer as this is an urgent matter that needs to be resolved as soon as possible and since then my updated account is not having some other options I used to have before, I have called regarding the issue and consultant kept me on hold for more that 10-15 minutes until I told her that I ran out of airtime. She told me to end the call so that she can give me a call and since then I haven’t received any call from that consultant. I feel like I being ****** by this bank as there’s so many faulty information that are taking place after contacting Nedbank customer care, I trusted this bank with my money but now I am soo irritated with their bad and unprofessional service. And it is not a first time Nedbank doing this to I can write a book and thought that maybe they will change the way of handling customer queries like this bad. I am ready and will to take my business else where since I am no longer comfortable/ happy with this bank I am now sitting an current account with no security assistance I am even scared to deposit any larger amount to my credit card because there’s a lot of ***** transactions that are currently sitting on negative debit list.
