Bad bad horrible bank Nedbank

Hy nedbank is so horrible at client service, they pretend to care for their clients when they actually laugh behind their backs. I bet their employees don't even bank with them. I deposited money into their ATM into my card but the deposit was not successful my money was retained. Then they tell me they cant pick it up so they cant help me and thats that. They not even trying. I must just forget about my money. Id advice anyone against Nedbank all they care about is making money from *****ing from their clients. I would not be surprised if they programme their ATMs to do this.
