BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear Nedbank your MFC division is terrible at customer service . I get it you need your money but when R11000 has been paid on a car this month for tata bolt surely to goodness some payment plan maybe able to be reached . Honestly we all had to be understanding when you backed the cars with the advert at the window and the business went under and we had to refinance out cars we are asking for your understanding in the middle of a pandemic. You spend all this money on these brilliant adverts but your customer service is terrible
