Bad Bad Bad Service _ Nedbank

We app**** for a Nedbank Building Loan on the 10th of Dec 2021. Over a month later, we are still for the outcome of our application. I have attempted to follow up numerous time but have repetitively failed.

I filed a complaint their the Nedbank Client Service last Friday (14Jan2022) and I received an email from their Client Services Manager that she will get in contact with me. 5 days later, I am still waiting.

This has been the worst bank experience I have ever had.
