Bad bad bad service

We as a couple are so disigusted with Nedbank Firstly my husband has a cheqaccount with Nedbank so my card went missing and I would transfer money to my husband account when I needed something to be paid I would do the transfer just before I swipe However my husband account has honoring fees charged why if I transfer money just before I swipe which mean there is money when I swipe Then I ordered a card type it out for the consultant via my app Westgate mall Mitchell's Plain I'm not sure what part says Willington but my card has been delivered in Willington Then my husband trying to get hold of Nedbank personal loans collections not to deduct the extra R400+ for the personal loan no luck I'm really pist with the service I received from Nedbank
