Bad Attitude

Went to Nedbank Middestad in Polokwane to open a business account, well I had missed my first appointment with Samuel, known as Bra Sam, I explain to him that I am not a morning person and that, I prefer to do my banking during the day, to my surprise I am told that I am insulting him by saying that and he only opens two accounts a day, at 9am and 1pm. So I pick the 1pm slot, hey.... Sam then stated that should I miss that appointment, he will "kick me out". Is this how business banking work with clients??? I loved Nedbank, but such attitude, won't work.
