Bad Attitude

Last week i tried opeing a Business account with Nedbank. i went to the branch and was assisted but apparently i had to have page 4 of the Companies and Intllectual property commission page which i did not have. Today i got to the the branch at 08:45. i stood in the cold for 15minutes and when it was my turn to be assisted i was told by a lady called Phuti that the 'Business Consultant\ was not at work and therefore i could not get help. i asked if she was the only 1 in that whole building who opened business accounts and why didnt the manager assist.she went to the managers office and came back and said she asked the manager Miringo Nkuna if she will assist but was told i need to go to another branch. i went to the managers office to getan explanation as to why i need to go to another branch will she could have assisted me but she was on the phone"
