Bad asistance with Nedbank person loan collection

Dear All,

My name is Simon Tshabalala, I'm client of Nedbank, i have two personal loans with Nedbank, i took my first person last year 2020, then this year May 2021 i also took another person loan, the loan for last year is taking R1449 per month all in all both personal loans supposed to be taking R2991.30 per month from my account, but this month 25/06/2021 i was overdebted with the amount of R1449.98, so when am trying to contact Nedbank their agencies are giving me bad attitude especially ladies from Nedbank. i want my R1449.98 to be reversed back to my account, im not happy with Nedbank clients services especially when you ask for assistance over the phone, they delay to assist and they have bad attitude towards their customers. If only i knew Nedbank was like this, i was never gonna take any personal loan from them.
