Bad and saddest experience
<p> </p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to inform you about my tragedy I had with Nedbank</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I Moneeba Daniels with id ********** 374087,was retrenched 2015,I bought a wendy house threw imvusa trading ,,,I gave in my retrenchment papers to Nedbank where Imvusa told me it was threw them I had a personal loan for the Wendy.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>No one told me my insurance form my retrenchment is for 12 months at Nedbank ,after a year ,when I got a casual somewhere last year they started deducted money from me that is when I found out my retrenchment was not covered fully. As shock as I was they gave me no mercy and took all I got in my account,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please understand this I lost everything I still stay in my car,I have 3 kids when I was retrenched things went very bad for me and kids ,im struggling so much everytime they phoned I told them as soon as I got job I will started paying ,Untill today I cannot say im permanent I got a casual for a month ,while my son was sick with asthmatic at Groote schuur hospital I got a Job and had to run up and down coz ddint wanat to loose job ,I am Muslim and want my kids to have atleast Eid clothes and food for eid as they do not know what it is anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I got payed ,its Eid this weekend ,Nedbank took all my wages not leaving me a breads money ,without making arrangements to me ,or working out a affordability ,NOTHING at all .I went to the branch I spoke with manager they refered me to call centre collections where I spoke with team leader Valencia ,She argued and so on,and she said she can only give half of my wages back..And of top of it I don’t even have the wendy house anymore .Thy took it</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know is it right if they can just do what they want in my new account ,I had cheq account with them and opened a new account again with them savings ,they came and took everything without consulting me anything …</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to my tragedy I coulsnt focus at work and they told me I must leave …how can I focus if I ddnt have bread for my kids,looked at them and have to disappoint them they wont have anything for Eid..and tonight.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me ,,,,,, I will pay but they will have to go according my pockets..</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Moneeba Daniels</p> <p> </p>
