Bad and rude consultants

We opened a club account in Nedbank makhaza branch, first of all whenever we go there their sevice is poor recently we were told, they do not open accounts on weekends, but what about the people who work during the week, secondly we need to make an appointment for saturday they say the do not do them on saturdays, today we were sent away bcos we did not bring minutes, but when we oppened the account we already submitted the minutes, the consultants were sending us from pillar to post, we saw 4 consultants and the last was rude, and we still did not receive help from, they do not respect peoples time in that branch and they are very impatient
