BAD AND POOR SERVICE

Dear Sirs

Poor service incorrect information - no calls returned from manager of branch even after leaving nearly 5 - 6 messages including message left with manager of another Prospecton Branch. To date no policy wording forthcoming for payment protection insurance. Phoning is a nightmare where the calls are not put through.
