Bad admin

I hd a creditcard with nedbank and fell in arrears to pay my monthly instalments,than I was given over to a Lawyer.I then Paid money into my Credit account what are still floating at the Bank,and I had paid an instalments to 2 different Lawfirms,I than stop paying because I felt that I am paid up,I did not received any statements from the Lawyers nor from the Bank.I change to another Bank and then did a credit check,i nearly had a heart attack as my monies where never paid in by the Lawyers nor was the amounts I Paid in at the Bank there story was that the account was already at the Legal Department.Now I sit with a Bad credit record,and cant get funding for any business ventures
