bad!

over R4000.00 was deducted from my bank account to pay for an outstanding nedbank personal account. About two weeks prior to nedbank deducting my money firm called NRB attorneys contacted myself to make payment arrangements of R1000.00. so i was very confused as to why after making arrangements with the firm that the account was handed over too did Nedbank deduct the money???and not even the R1000.00 as arranged they deducted 4210.00 to be exact was at the branch no one can give me a proper answer then was advised that they money would be refunded bacck into my account as they have escalated the matter as advised by Zenith a team leader in the nedbank legal dept. Who also advised that she will be calling me back. Still waiting on that call!! to day i called again following up and dealth with a lady by the name of Sphelele Nxobo who was not very assisting and had a stinking attitude. i asked this lady to speak to a team leader as Sphelele was basically asking me to explain her the whole story which i do not have time for., as i am already angry that i have not received my money as yet. when requesting the team leader surname sphelele refused to provide me with info and put me on hold for bout 10min.. i held on the line and she came back and said theres no team leader on the floor. i then told her i asked for the team leader zeenith surname, she then put me on hold again. after 2-3 mins she provided me with Zeenith. Now tell me after already ****ing me off by debiting my money after and arrangement was made, i still get this bad service and attitudes from the consultants..is
