I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT, BUT THEY PHONE ME AND SAID IT IS IN ARREARS, THEY KEEP O PUTTING CHARGES THROUGH i dont have money to cover the arrears they have to reimbursed all the charges or write the amount off - i dont receive anymore money - close account
