Back and forth

Nedbank - I have completed a section requesting for you to call me back and assist me with my retrenchment. Someone has called me back and after back and forth of being sent from operator to operator my query is still not resolved.

I am yet to receive feedback on my forms that has been sent through and the information that's been given by consultants are uncertain and unclear.

Could someone please assist me regarding my retrenchment and what the next processes are? I have received sms saying that someone will be in contact and nobody has yet.

I'd appreciate a call regarding my specific query please.
