I have been with nedbank for almost a year now and it's the worst decision I ever made... they create problems and when it's time to clean up the mess you on your own. They sent me an sms stating that they gave my details out to homechoice without my consent next day they sent another message stating that I need to approve the debicheck debit from my account with homechoice of which I have no business with homechoice and when I call them the smartest solution they come up with is to close my account.
