Ba bad service from Nedbank

Trying to get hold of Nedbank deceased estate department but cannot find an email address for them. When calling, numbers provided by Nedbank employees do not exist, or phones are not answered, or one has to hold on a very long time. Have tried now for three days on different times without success. Their customer service is really bad.
