Can someone please get me feedback as to what is happening. I'm running out of time I need to do things that I was saving for. As a bank you are supposed to us clients from such. I mean these people tried with my FNB account and they failed. Please help me here I'm running out of time.

Someone please say something I need my money. And what's funny the person I was talking to on the phone treated this as a joke really no one came through for me and my frustration. Even at the bank when I got there I was given a ticket no. And only when I asked if my matter wasn't urgent then I was given a speedy ticket. And consultant were so chilled and got a chance to laugh at me. Yeses if I would be given a chance I would t bank with Nedbank. I need my money it's going to a month now and I haven't had any feedback.
