Awful service Nedbank

i would like help and possibly answers m, i took out a policy from nedbank sometime last year ,one of the life assured died from unnatural causes in December ,nedbank refuses to pay the full cover amount and have made part payment with a reason only understandable to them ,they have acknowledged the claim as valid but refuses to pay the full amount ,i need help in this please
