AWFUL SERVICE NEDBANK

Nedbank approached me to migrate my account, after all my time put aside to migrate accounts they still haven't contacted me 2 months afterwards, I have to keep on phoning them and nobody cares enough to give any feedback. Signed a contract where I get a rebate as well, as a promise from Nedbank. Still waiting.... Nobody cares to give feedback. I suppose Nedbank doesn't really care about their customers, they are all just a little piece of a cog in a very big wheel of no customer service attitude.
