Awful service
I have had an awful experience with Nedbank. I lost my father, grandmother and grandfather in January. My father covered my gran and he was the beneficiary. When I asked what will happen since my father has also passed away they said I will need to have a letter of authority and the claim will be processed. When I processed the claim for my dad I chose not to continue with the policy on 18 March, as I already have my own now that I have submitted my letter of authority they don't want to process the claim. They say it's because I chose not to continue with the policy. I called in and visited the branch many times and not once did they say I would have an issue once I had the letter of authority, even at the Branch on Hill Street in Pinetown they have been saying the claim should go through as she passed away in January. I have logged a complaint but there is no reply. They have disgusting service and will never recommend it to anyone but I am going to look at pursuing this in court
