Awful and disgusting service
I was under a debt counseling and I therefore felt that the process is taking too long to finish my debt and I decided to pay directly to my creditors and Nedbank is one of them,surprisingly all other creditors assisted me in arranging a payment but with Nedbank I spent 60 minutes of being sent from pillar to post for two consecutive days spending my airtime in that process. I have decided to stop contacting them and they will contact me if they need their money.
