Awesome service received
At 05h00 this morning I noticed an unauthorized debit order on the money app. I was terribly stressed and called Nedbank, not knowing whether someone could assist at that time. I was pleased to find a very knowledgeable and kind consultant to assist. He not only reversed the debit order immediately but showed me how I can do it myself on the money app. Thank you Nedbank and especially the gentleman who assisted me this morning for awesome service.

01 Mar 2022, 13:51I actually want to retract my previous positive review. Nedbank did not deliver on what was promised and I have been speaking to *********** people and people who drop calls. My concern will apparently be resolved in 24 hrs instead of the promised 2 hours. I will never give Nedbank a positive review again
