Awesome Customer Experience
After receiving terrible customer experience when contacting the call centre, Malibongwe (did not get his surname) calls me. He is friendly, efficient and customer orientated. He called me when he said he would (which I have never experienced), he was committed in getting my problem solved. Please try to find this wonderful guy and ensure that he gets the recognition he deserves! He is truly a great ambassador for your customer contact centre.
