I went to Nedbank regarding my brother who has now passed on. We wanted to find out some information and therefore I called in Nedbank office and they basically explained some things that I had to do to solve the issues that I had. I went to Nedbank Paarl and spoke to a guy by the name of Eldo at enquiries. He was so rude, I was so angry and asked to speak to the manager. He called a lady by the name of Rene to assist me. And she was so helpful and answered some things I was not clear on. For Eldo to be so rude and during this time of my brothers loss I found it so heartbreaking and disgusting. But I wanted to say thanks to Rene for being so polite and managed assist in the way she could.
