Awaiting debit card

I got a notification that my debit card will expire (on 25 May) on the 13th of April. I ordered the card that same day, but up until now, I didn't receive a new card. Everything is blocked, my subscriptions are returning unpaid & I can't buy stuff. I called yesterday and spoke to a Kagiso, she did her best to help me but she got no response, and I still have no feedback. ***
