Awaiting Consolidation Letter

I app**** for a Personal Loan with Nedbank in September, when they assisted in consolidating my African Bank personal loan account.

African Bank messaged me to say that account is now in credit and they required proof of payment in order to reimburse me.

I visited y the St George’s Mall branch on Saturday and was told to contact Customer Services to request a Consolidation Letter.

I contacted this dept on Monday and was told to expect an email. No timeframe was mentioned at the time.

Immediately after the call I also contacted the online chat team who confirmed receipt of my request and to expect the letter by Wednesday.

Today is Thursday and still no letter.

I please need this Consolidation Letter by tomorrow morning latest.

These has been an extreme inconvenience going back and forth trying to get a simple letter.
