Avoid the Claremont Branch in Cavendish

I have had several negative experiences at the Nedbank Claremont Branch whihc caused me to relocate my business Account to an alternative Branch. I now plan on doing the same with my personal accounts. Today I went to collect a Debit Card which I had expected to collect from their locker system to save me from the tiresome wait internally. On entering and collecting a ticket, which I had to wait for as there was no one at the tocket counter, I took a seat as the second in line. There was one official at a counter with a note Card Collections above it. I waited 30 minutes for him to finish his chat/consultation before collecting a card. This Branch does not seem to realise that time is not anyone's friends and their efficiency in dealing with customers should be a priority. It used to be that way until they reduced their staff compliment drastically and replaced previously efficient staff with personal that simply do not seem to care about efficiency. They are slow and slovenly with smiles on their faces. It is frustrating
