Avoid Nedbank, or you will lose on business

If you have three names please never use this bank. My bank details cannot be verified by other companies because Nedbank prints only two initials on my bank statements.I have three names and I cannot get payments from all suppliers that I work with because my ID and names on my bank statement don't match. On the 14th of April took my ID to Greytown branch and Nokwanda Xulu told me my details were updated. Guess what I still can't do business with anyone because they can't verify my details. They have my third name on the app and I took my ID to the branch but they still don't include it on the bank statements. Their call center is useless.

I have already been to their branch and they couldnt do anything either. Avoid this bank at all costs. Save yourself on stress.I am changing it.
