Avoid Nedbank- No customer service

Nedbank ignores its customers. I have banked with them for over 20 years and can sadly say that today they are a terrible bank to deal with.

I have been waiting for my new debit card for 3 weeks. My old one expired and I cannot use it. I keep following up and they tell me it’s with the courier - I told them I want to talk to a supervisor- nope not happening. I told them I want a follow up, nope they don’t care. I write two emails to complain, not a word . Do not use this bank, their customer service is pathetic. Rather go to FNB where at least you get answers on your queries.
