AVOID NEDBANK LIKE THE PLAGUE

With a clear credit record and above average credit score Nedbank declined my application to have my AMEX limit increased. I called them and spent 3 hours on the phone, speaking to 18 different people, listening to their music, being transferred until eventually someone told me that I had an outstanding vehicle finance account. So we spoke to Vehicle Finance and got a PAID UP letter. EIGHTEEN PEOPLE. I wish I had taken all their names. Still no progress. Monstrous bank. One hand doesnt know what the other is doing. My advice - close all your accounts and move to another bank - Standard Maybe - Absa and FNB are just as bad.
