Avoid Nedbank Business Banking

I would just like to know why Nedbank goes through all the effort to advertise for business banking if their services are non existant and shockingly bad!My partner and I are trying to secure a business loan but have been trying for over a week now to get hold of someone that can help us.Everytime we are told that they will phone us back but nobody phones!Its also impossible to get to speak to branch manager to make an appointment.Nedbank stop wasting time and money on advertizing business loans your service sucks big time!
