Avoid Avo by Nedbank at all costs

After being let down by my insurance, I bought a fridge/freezer from Avo by Nedbank. The purchase was made on the 12 of December. The fridge/freezer was supposed to be delivered today, the 21st of December. The appliance never arrived and all the Avo team can tell me is that they escalated the matter to their supplier which have up to 48 hours to respond. I have been living out of cooler boxes now for two weeks. It now appears that I will have no appliance by Christmas Day. So I will not be able to have my planned BBQ with my son because we have nowhere to put our meats and salads
